Replacing policy

Scope of application
This policy applies to single person smart equipment mall registered users;
Replacing of goods
The policy covers two main types of transactions:
1, there is no reason to return the goods;
2, appearance damage, performance problems and other quality problems caused by the return of goods(that is, "there is a reason to return goods").
III. No reason to return
1, no reason to return the rules
1) There is no reason to support the return before receiving the goods;
2) There is no reason to return the goods when receiving and accepting the goods;
3) After receiving the goods, the goods have not been installed or unpacked and the packaging has no traces of damage;
4) For goods that are not returned without reason, the product details page has the words "7 days without reason to return";
5) Not applicable to goods that have no reason to return, the product details page has the words "Do not support 7 days without reason to return".
There is no reason to return the following goods 7 days after receipt:
1) Personal customised goods or services;
2) fresh and perishable goods;
3) Digital products such as audio and video products, computer software, etc. that are downloaded online or you have unsealed;
4) Physical goods: communication contract machines, art and collectibles, luxury goods, beauty make/personal toiletries, food/beverage / beverage, powdered milk / food / diapers /, binoculars / microscopes / night vision goggles, contact lenses, close-fitting adult infants Clothing, diamonds/gold / watch / jewellery and personal accessories;
5) Whether the state of the goods in the return scene supports(5) There is no guarantee that the returned goods are intact;
6) Other goods that are not suitable for return due to the nature of the goods.
Fourth, there is a reason to return the goods
1, return rules
1) At the time of receipt and acceptance, there are quality problems such as appearance defects or performance failures, supporting the replacement of goods, and customers do not bear freight charges;
2) After receiving the goods, the appearance is flawed and the return of the goods is not supported;
3) After receiving the goods, the performance failure or other similar quality problems support the replacement of the goods, the customer does not bear the freight.
The following commodities shall not be exchanged
1) Any product sold by a non-single person mall or a third party seller(serial number does not match);
2), insured goods(goods that exceed the period of exchange);
3) Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, infusion, accident, modification, incorrect installation of the commodity quality problems caused by, or tearing up, alteration of stickers, machine serial numbers, Anti-Counterfeiting marks;
4) Accessories of the commodity, gifts(need to be returned with the main commodity), missing invoices or alterations that affect the integrity of the commodity;
5) Goods that do not support the return of goods are clearly stated at the time of purchase;
6) Other goods that should not be exchanged according to law.
Method of applying for return of goods
1, if you need to deal with the return of goods, please give priority to your original shopping channels for feedback. Currently supported applications are:

2) Visit the single person smart equipment mall to click online customer service;

Criteria for determining the time of receipt
1, single person intelligent equipment distribution or your own order: according to your actual signing date;
2, non-single person intelligent equipment distribution orders, according to the third party logistics platform display the actual date of receipt of goods. If the third party logistics platform fails to show the actual arrival date, the single person intelligent equipment based on the distribution area, distance and other factors and you manually confirm the actual arrival date.
VII. Replacing commodity annex requirements
1, return goods(including goods with quality problems), Please make sure to return the goods with the accessories, gifts(if any), warranty cards, instructions, invoices, test reports(for goods that need to be replaced with test reports);
It is recommended that the outer packaging, accessories and gifts of the product be retained for 15 days from the date of receipt, and that the original outer packaging of the goods be attached at the time of return.
